Return Process

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original macaron-shaped packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure a smooth process.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
